RETURN POLICY

 

1. During the Preorder period (15th December 2023 - 15th January 2024)

Orders created during the Preorder period (15th December 2023 - 15th January 2024) cannot be returned or refunded before fulfillment. The customer will have full rights to return the product for any reason after the Order has been fulfilled and delivered to the customer's provided address; in such a case, the customer is obliged to send an email to shopsupport@fingersoft.com within 14 days of receiving the Order to their provided address and provide:

1. The Order ID

2. The address to which the Order was delivered to

3. The reason for returning the product.

The customer is obliged to return the Order to the return address provided in the original package in which the Order was received in unused condition. The shipping costs for returns out of buyer's remorse are covered fully by the customer. 

2. Faulty/defective Items

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted by email  to shopsupport@fingersoft.com within 14 days after the product has been received. The customer is obliged to send at least two clear pictures of the defect on the product to shopsupport@fingersoft.com and clearly describe the fault/error. In case of a faulty product, the customer is not obliged to return the faulty package. 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

3. Changing a product size

The customer is allowed to return certain products (wearables etc.) and switch them to a different size as long as the original item remains the same. In such a case, we ask the customer to send an email to shopsupport@fingersoft.com and describe the required size change; the return address is set by default to the original packaging return address, which is printed on the original packaging of the Order the customer receives. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to the customer. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If the original packaging return address isn't used as the return address, the customer becomes liable for any returned shipments that are not registered.

 

4. Mistaken information while ordering/receiving products

4.1 Wrong Address - If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with the customer (if and as applicable). If the customer sends an email  to shopsupport@fingersoft.com before the Order has been fulfilled, no extra charges shall occur to the customer.

4.2 Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to themselves (if and as applicable).

If the customer makes a purchase on shop.fingersoft.com, the customer hereby agrees that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at the customer's cost (without us issuing a refund).

Fingersoft does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. The customer hereby agrees that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

5. Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

We accept general returns should the customer have contacted us at shopsupport@fingersoft.com within 14 days of receiving the Order to their provided delivery address, and sent the products in unused condition to the return address printed on the original package within 14 days of receiving the package.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
